Return Policy:

At LingerRave.com, your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, due to the unique nature of our products, our return policy is highly restrictive. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

Return Processing
Please contact Customer Service at (626)300-9100 or by email at adivastore@adivaintimates.com for an RA (Return Authorization) number in order to start the return process, we will also provide you with a return shipping label for a free, easy and fast return. Please note packages without an RA number will not be processed. Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be received by LingerRave within 14 days of your order’s original shipment date with an RA number provided by Customer Service. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
 Toys — We are unable to accept returns on intimate toys. All vibrating toys will be tested with batteries before shipping to make sure they work to prevent us shipping you a defective toy. If the factory packaging does not permit our opening it without causing damage, we will replace unused defects returned to us within 7 days.

 Lingerie, Corsets, and Bras — We recommend that lingerie, corsets, and bra purchases be tried on for fit immediately upon delivery. Please do not try on panties. Within 14 days we will exchange for returned merchandise based on fit, as long as the item has not been worn beyond having been tried on. All merchandise will be examined upon return, and credit will be denied if the garment shows signs of wear. These include, but are not limited to: unreasonable stretching, staining (including deodorant staining and makeup staining), tearing of seams, body odor. All tags must still be attached to the garment.

 Panties, Pasties, Enhancers, Adhesive Bras, Extenders, Bra Straps and Hosiery, including stockings and bodystockings, cannot be returned.

 All Lubricants, Message Oils, Lotions, Sprays, Condoms, Whips, Blindfolds, and Candles cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
 Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
 All items marked “FINAL SALE”
 Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
LingerRave.com reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
